Dairy Free Mint Chocolate Chip Coconut Ice Cream

Ingredients
2 X 398 ml cans of coconut milk1 3/4 cups sugar2 tsp vanilla1 cup mint leaf1/2 cup dairy and soy free chocolate chips
Directions
Blend all ingredients except the chocolate chips.
Pour into ice cream maker.
When ice cream maker is finished, pour into a freezable container and place in freezer to solidify (about 2-3 hours).


Serving Size: Makes about 10 servings, or about 6 cups.
