Crock pot beef roast

Ingredients
1 lb Beef roast 2 lg russet potatoes in chunks1 c petite baby carrots1/2 yellow onion in chuncks2 cloves garlic diced1 c chicken broth1 can petite diced tomatoessalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Salt and pepper roast, sear on all sides. Add to crock pot and dump everything else on top. Cook on low 8 hours or til falling apart.
