2 Ripe Bananas, mashed1/3 C Coconut Oil, melted1/3 C Light Brown Sugar1 t Vanilla Extract1 T BourbonJuice of 1/2 Lemon1 1/2 t Baking Soda1 t Cinnamon1/2 t NutmegPinch of Cloves1 1/2 C Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Mash bananas and mix with sugar and wet ingredients in a bowl. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry and combine. Spoon into a prepared muffin tin and bake until an inserted toothpick comes out dry...about 20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 5-to-10 minutes.
