No guilt Baked Apple

4 Apples, fresh with skin, 4 medium (2-3/4" dia) Splenda Packet (1 serving = 1 packet), 8 serving 1/4 cup Raisins1/2 cup water1 tsp Apple Pie spice or Cinnamon1 tsp vanillaOliva Buttery Spray up to 20 sprays= 4 servings
1. Set your oven at 350 degrees F
2. Spray a pie pan or a 4 cup baking dish with a non stick spray.
3. Wash quarter and core the apples. Slice apple with skin on.
4 .Put water in bottom of dish
5. Place 1/2 the sliced apples in baking dish, sprinkle with the all the raisins. 1/2 tsp. of Vanilla, 1/2 tsp of spice and spray with 10 sprays.
6.Finish add the rest of the apples, raisins, sweetner and spice. Splash the balance of the vanilla over all and spray 10 buttery sprasys over the top.
7. Bake for 45 minutes until the apples are tender.
