Ingredients
*Green Chili Peppers, canned, 1 cup (remove)Ground beef, extra lean, 20 oz (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Garlic, 3 tsp (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1.5 cup (remove)*Potato, raw, 4 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)Pacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 1 cup, 3 serving (remove)Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)*Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Brown hamberger with onions and garlic. Drain and add to Crockpot. Add the rest of the ingrediants. Mix and cook for 6 to 8 hours.
