Chocolate Coconut Oatmeal Bars or Granola Cereal

Ingredients
1/2 cup maple syrup1/2 cup water1/2 cup cocoa1 Tbsp. coconut oilvanilla or other extract for taste 4 cups oats1/2 cup unsweetened desiccated coconut1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (optional)1/4 cup chopped raw almonds (optional)1/4 cup ground flax seeds (optional)1/4 cup chia seeds (optional)1/2 cup organic chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Add water maple syrup coconut oil and cocoa to pot, boil for a couple minutes and add to dry ingredients. Shape into bars or crumble into cereal and dry in oven at 250 degrees Celsius for two hours on parchment paper. Cool and add chocolate chips or melt and drizzle.
