spicy tuna sauce

Ingredients
carrottomatored bell peppersonionsgarlicgreen chilliolive oiltunadried thymechilli flakessaltwater
Directions
grate 1 carrot with food processor.
process 1 tomato, grated carrots, 2 red bell peppers, half an onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 medium to large green chilli, 1 tsp of olive oil and about 25ml of water. (I use food processor and not a blender as I like it a bit chunky/thick).
add 1 tsp of olive oil to pot and fry other half of onions (sliced) until softened.
add in processed ingredients and cook on medium heat for about 1 minute.
add in tuna, 1 tsp of thyme, 1 tsp of chili flake, and salt and about 25ml of water.
simmer for about 5-8 mins.
