4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs3 red potatoes1 7 oz. can mushrooms, drained1 10 oz. can tomatoes & chilies, drained, reserve 1/3 liquid3 t. Kraft Three cheese blend (Parmesean, Asiago, Romano)1 T. olive oil1 t. salt1 t. pepper2 t. chili powder2 t. garlic powder
Cut chicken and potatoes into bite size pieces. Combine chicken and potatoes in a skillet and brown lightly. Add remaining ingredients, including reserved tomato juice and simmer for 10 minutes. Place in a baking dish and bake at 400 for 40 minutes.
