Red Pepper cabbage slaw

Cabbage, fresh, 4 cup, chopped fineBell Pepper, Red - fine Chopped, 0.5 cup Apple Cider Vinager, 12 tsp Celery seed, 1 tsp Splenda Packet (1 serving = 1 packet), 12 serving Water 12 tsp
Chop or finely grate the cabbage into a bowl.
Finely chop the Red Bell pepper and add to the cabbage stir to mix.
In a half pint jar make your dressing- add the vinager, water, celery seed, salt , pepper and Splenda to your taste. Put on the lid and shake- -shake -. TASTE FOR SWEETNER TART FLAVOR.
Por dressing over cabbage and peppers, stir to mix- to coat all with the dressing. Cover keep in the refrigerator. stir occasionally Eat the next day
