Asparagus & Mushroom

Ingredients
2 lbs asparagus1 lb mushrooms, stems removed1 tbsp basil1 tsp sugar1/2 cup olive oil1/4 cup lemon juice
Directions
Combine oil, lemon juice, basil, and sugar. Pour over mushrooms and marinate for 8 hours. Blanche asparagus for 2 minutes then plunge into ice water to stop cooking. Drain and chill. Add asparagus to mushrooms 30 minutes before serving.
