Ingredients
* White Bread, 2 slice thin, crust not eaten* Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped* Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 wedge (1/4 of medium tomato)* Cheddar Cheese, 15 grams* Salt, 1 dash* Chili powder, 1 tsp*Margarine, 70% vegetable oil spread, 0.5 tbsp
Directions
Mix the onions, tomatoes (finely chopped), grated cheese, salt & chili powder.

Layer the mixture on one slice of bread. Cover with the 2nd slice.

Use the margarine/butter for greasing the toaster/grill.

Grill the sandwich till light - golden brown in colour.
