Note: Didn't have Haagen Daas in the database so I used Edy's as a stand in to calculate the calories for the correct nutrition. 1 C. of Edy's = 1/2 C. of Haagen Daas1 C. Lucerne Plain Fat Free Yogurt*1/2 C. Haagen Daas Frozen Yogurt, Vanilla3 TBSP. Cream Cheese, Fat Free1/4 C. Sour cream, fat free3/4 Cup Strawberry Nectar2 Cup Strawberries frozen
Makes 2, 12oz. servings:
Put the yogurts, cream cheese, sour cream and strawberry nectar in blender. Stir until mixed. Add strawberries until fully incorporated. Pour into to glasses and serve at once.
