Yummy Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
1 lb lean stew meat, in small pieces1 onion, chopped2 cloves garlic chopped32 oz low sodium beef broth32 oz water1 can whole tomatoes, low sodium2 stalks celery, diced1 cup carrots, half moons2 cups diced red potatoes, peeled2/3 cup frozen peas2/3 cup frozen corn
Directions
Brown beef in olive oil. Season as desired with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, creole seasoning, or other desired seasonings. Add onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add broth and water. Simmer 45 minutes. Add tomatoes and celery and simmer 15 minutes. Add carrots and simmer 10 minutes. Add potatoes, corn and peas and simmer 20 minutes or until all veg are tender.
