Ingredients
Ingredients:*Chicken Stock, Rachel Ray, 6 ozPink Salmon (canned), 4 ozCoconut Oil, 1 tbsp*Onion - Yellow - 2 Tbls. *bell pepper, red , 1 tbsp dicedCelery, raw, 1 tbsp dicedCarrots, raw 1 tbsp diced*Average Roma Tomato, DicedSpinach, fresh, .5 cupDill weed, dried, .125 tspSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Saute onion, pepper, celery, carrot in oil. Add chicken stock & quinoa. Cook until almost done. Add chopped spinach & tomato. Continue to cook until spinach is wilted.
