Vegan Cauliflower "Fried" Rice

Ingredients
Cauliflower, 4 cupsOnion, 1 cup dicedBroccoli, 1/2 cup choppedCarrots, 1/2 cup dicedPeas, 1/2 cupCorn, 1/2 cupRed bell pepper, 1/2 cupSoy sauce, 1 tbsp
Directions
1. Cook the onions in a skillet on medium. Add the other vegetables and enough water to cover the vegetables. Cook on medium until water has evaporated.
2. Place the cauliflower in a blender on low for 10 seconds.
3. Add all ingredients together and serve.
