Crust-less Bell Pepper and Bacon Quiche

1-2 bell peppers (or whatever veggies you want, really)8 eggs3 slices of bacon (if you’re into that sort of thing)1/4 cup shredded cheeseSplash of milk (exactly one splash)
Preheat oven to 350.
Chop peppers, set aside.
Chop and cook bacon.
Whisk eggs, milk, and spices.
Spray baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese onto baking dish.
Pour in egg mixture.
Add diced peppers.
Top with bacon.
Bake for about an hour (until egg is thoroughly cooked).
Serving Size: Makes about 10 servings.
