Rice with Mushrooms

Ingredients
6 mushrooms diced 1/4 onion chopped 2 gloves of garlic diced 2 tablespoons unsalted butter1 cup brown rice2 cups chicken stock1 tbsp. parsley, driedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Take butter and melt in a pot
Add mushrooms, onions and garlic
Stir/cook until mushrooms release all their juices
Add rice, chicken stock, mix
Add parsley, salt and pepper
Bring to a boil, then turn down to simmer
Place lid on pot and let cook for 20-30 minutes.
