6 cups black beans drained2 c diced zucchini2 c diced onion2 c diced mushroom2 c diced red pepper3 c cooked brown rice clove of garlic mashed up2 TBP italian seasoning3 eggs1 cup shredded mozzerella1/2 c parmesean1 cup spaghetti sauce
saute diced up zucchini ,onion and mushrooms then add to mashed beans, diced raw red pepper, addall seasonings mix to combine then add rice, eggs, sauce and cheeses and mix til incorperated.if too soft may add more brown rice.chill if needed then use patty press to form burgers , recommend tp spray patty press to keep burger from sticking,place on sheets bake for approx 40 min(depending on thickness) flip over and give it another 15-20min to doneness prefered, this gets them kinda crispy
