1 large Egg, beaten1 can Sweet Corn, drained1 can Cream Style Corn1/2 pkg. Marie Callendar's Corn Muffin Mix1/2 cup Skim Milk1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Mix all the ingredients together until blended. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until set. If pressed for time, microwave 5 minutes or so before putting in the oven. Calculations are for eight 1/3 cup servings.
