Erica's Pumpkin Chili (Company Style)

2 - 28 oz cans diced tomatoes4 - 8 oz cans tomato sauce2 cans pinto beans2 cans red kidney beans1 can black beans1 - 14 oz can pureed pumpkin1 lb of ground turkey1.5 tbsp olive oilGarlic powder to tasteOnion powder to tasteCumin to tasteSalt to tastePepper to taste
Add olive oil to a pan and brown up the ground turkey
Combine all ingredients in a large soup pan and simmer for 1-3 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
