Baked Light Custard

Ingredients
4 eggs, beaten1/2 C. sucralose1/4 tsp. salt3 C. 1% milk2 Tb. dry milk1 1/2 tsp vanilla extractOptional: 1/4 C. cocoa
Directions
Combine eggs, sucralose, salt and optional cocoa if using, in a large bowl and whisk til well mixed. Add the milk, milk powder, and vanilla, stir well. Place 8 custard cup in a shallow pan, pour mixture into the cups, then fill the pan to 1" with hot water. Place in a 350 degree oven and bake for 40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
