Ingredients
3 medium ripe bananas, mashed2 cups water1.5 cups pineapple (frozen & thawed or fresh)3 cups oats6 tbsp ground flaxseed0.5 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a jumbo six-muffin tin. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Portion into muffin tin and bake for 25 minutes.
