Egg Salad Sandwich

Ingredients
Hard Boiled EggsMayo (can use light for less calories)Pickle RelishYellow MustardWhite or Wheat Bread
Directions
Boil 6 eggs for 10 min. Take off shells, cut into bite size pieces. Add 1/2 cup mayo, 1 tbsp mustard and 1 tspn pickle relish and mix with a fork. Serve on White or wheat bread. Enjoy!
