Banana Cream Pudding Pie

Crust1 cup flour1/3 cup shortening1/2 tsp salt1/8 cup waterFilling8 oz pkg low fat cream cheese1 small pkg sugar free pudding - vanilla or banana1 3/4 cup milk1 tsp vanilla3 Bananas
Crust
Mix flour and salt. Cut in shortening and mix until the size of small peas. Slowly add water to the flour mixture. Roll out crust and place in a nine inch pie plate. Bake on 350 degrees until lightly browned.
Filling
In a mixing bowl put the cream cheese and 1/2 cup of the milk, mix well. Add pudding and the rest of the milk. Blend well.
Place a layer of bananas in the bottom of the cooked prebaked pie shell. Add in less than 1/2 fo the pudding mixture. Add another layer of bananas. Top with the remaining pudding mixture. Cover and chill. Before serving top with cool whip. (Please note: The cool whip is not figured in the nutritional information.)
