mexican casserole with lean beef

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef1.5c corn1 can kidney beans, drained1 small onion, diced1 small can tomato sauce1 can black olives, sliced8 oz Monterrey jack 1T chili powder1t cumin1t coriandersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
brown beef with onion, add corn, beans and sauce, heat through. Put mixture in long casserole dish. top with olives and cheese. Bake 30 min at 350 or until hot and the cheese is melted.
