1 (15 oz) box raisin bran2 c. sugar1 qt. buttermilk4 beaten eggs5 c. flour1 c. melted shortening5 tsp baking soda2 tsp salt.
MIx well, store in covered container in refrigerator for up to six weeks. Fill mufffin tin 2/3 full use papers or grease. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes until done. 36 muffins.
