Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
2 lbs extra lean ground beef2 cloves garlic2 onions chopping2 cups white rice2 Tbsp olive oilI head of cabbage1 bottle Farm Boy Passata strained tomatoes
Directions
Cook rice. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil add ground beef and fry up until browned. Add cooked rice and two cups of strained tomatoes. Core the cabbage and sit in a pot of boiling water, cover and simmer for ten minutes. Peel leaves off and cut off thick veins. Add 1/4 cup of filling, tuck in ends and roll up. Place seam at the bottom in a baking pan. Drizzle with remaining strained tomatoes. Cover with aluminium foil and bake for an hour at 350.
