I've listed this under vegetarian, because you do not need to add the ground turkey, or beef - add in Tofu if you like, along with rice (this will change the nutritional information)Cook the ground turkey, and ground beef with the mushrooms in a large pan - add a bit of olive oil, add in spices, canned tomatoes, tomatoe paste, corn, mushrooms and beans - heat for 20 minutes - put the lid on and let sit / simmer for an hour.serve and enjoy
