2/3 cup frozen peas1 can(10.75 oz.) cream of chicken soup1 cup fat free milk 1 % 1 15 oz. cooks ham steak1-1/3 cup cooked brown rice
Directions
Julienne ham steak and lightly brown in a pan.Add the soup, milk, and peas and bring to a boil. Lower heat to simmer and cook for 15 minutes.Serve over cooked brown rice,
