Barbecue Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 Lg. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast1 Tbsp. Margarine1 Tbsp. Olive Oil1/4 Cup Barbecue Sauce2 Cups Romaine Lettuce2 Cups Iceberg Lettuce(Light Blue Cheese Dressing, Not include in Nutritional count.)
Directions
Cut the chicken breast in half into two thin slices.

Heat the margarine and oil in small skillet.

Pan fry the chicken breast until done and golden brown.

Remove chicken from pan and discard any excess oil. Then return chicken to pan and add barbecue sauce.

Remove from heat and turn chicken to coat with sauce.

Toss the salad greens with a Light Blue Cheese Dressing,(Not include in Nutritional count)

Slice Chicken into thin slices and serve on top of salad
