Ingredients
1 Cup Whole White Wheat Flour( Has a lighter texture)1 tsp Baking Powder2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice2 T Dark Brown Sugar1/4 tsp salt1/3 Cup Pumpkin Puree1 large egg1 Cup whole milk2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Cook until bubbly and flip. Use nonstick spray for less calories. Great with Cinnamon Maple Syrup if you have it.
