1/2 C Egg beaters1/4 pepper1/4 onion1.5 oz low salt ham1/4 cup low fat cheese1 T low fat cream cheese1 bagel thin
Spray pan w/vegetable oil. Saute pepper, onion & ham. Add eggbeaters, stir until cooked. Move to serving dish & add in cheese, then toast bagel thin. Lightly coat bagel thin w/ cream cheese & serve.
