Ingredients
Summer Squash, 4 medium Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced Mushrooms, fresh, 3 cup, pieces or slices Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 10 strips wegmans portabella sauce-1/2 cup, 6 serving swiss cheese-reduced fat 1 slice, 6 serving Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 2 cups
Directions
Grill squash, adds flavour, Whack it all in a pot and simmer for about 45 minutes... stirring to mix cheeses in.
