Ingredients
2lbs Stew Meat3-4 medium carrots5 medium potatoescelery or green beansminced garlic to tastespices: garlic & Onion powder, little thymebeef stock about 1 cup1 bottle of Guinness1tbsp tomato paste1 small to medium onionI add a little water depends on how soupy you want it1 tbsp. olive oilsalt to taste
Directions
Cook onion and garlic with oil in a pan add meat. brown on all sides. Then put in crock pot. Add all the vegetables then add all the liquids and spices. Cook in crock pot on low for 6-8 hours
