CHEESY GARLIC POTATOE BAKE

Ingredients
Wash and peel 3 small to medium potatoes. Cut potatoes in to quarter pieces and place in a bowl of water to take out the extra starch.Mince 1 garlic clove.Drain potatoes and add olive oil to coat.Add minced garlic.Add salt to taste.Stir and place in a small dish to bake.Add milk to lightly cover potatoes.Bake potatoes for 30-45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add shedded cheese to top and bake another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Directions
Cook at 350 for 30-45 minutes
