Ingredients
1 cup shredded carrots1 cup shredded potatoes1cup raisins1 cup flour1 cup sugar1 tablespoon baking powder1 cup water1 stick butter.25 brown sugar
Directions
Mix the ingredients up to backing powder together and place in a boiler and steam for 3 hours. Then mix the other ingredients together let them heat until boiling and wait for 5 minutes then pour on top of cake.
