Spaghetti Squash Lasagna Caserole

Ingredients
1 large Spaghetti Squash1 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese1/2 cup mozzarella1/4 cup romano cheese2 eggsOnions, raw, 1 large3 cloves garlicOlive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Cut squash in half and microwave face down in 1 inch of water until soft.

Saute onions and garlic in olive oil.

Wisk together cottage cheese and eggs. Add mozzarella and romano, salt and pepper. Add onions and garlic.

Scrape spaghetti squash and add to cheese mixture. Spread in baking dish and bake at 375 for about 45 min.
