My son's chicken noodle soup

Ingredients
Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 10 ouncesSwanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 6 cup Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Scallions, raw, 7 medium Garlic, 1 clove Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 0.5 tsp * Barilla Whole Wheat Penne Pasta, 4 servingWater (about 4 cups)Various seasonings (thyme, rosemary, italian, sazon) to taste
Directions
Place oil in large pot. Cut carrots, scallions, garlic, and celery. Saute in oil for about 30 sec-1 min. Add chicken broth and water, boil for about 10 min. While boiling cook chicken and dice or simply dice already cooked chicken. Dump chicken in pot. Cook another 10 min on medium. Add pasta. After about 7 min, turn fire off as pasta will sit and become completely softened in broth.
