Apple Pancake Bars

Ingredients
2.5 c whole grain pancake mix.75 c ground flaxseed.5 c water (mixed with .5 of the above flaxseed meal)4 c sunflower seed milk4 eggs2 Golden Delicious/Granny Smith apples, chopped
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients.
Mix .5 c each of flaxseed and water.
Add the wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
Bake at 425 for about .5 hour, but test with toothpick.

Serving Size: Cut into 32 bars.
