Amanda's Spaghetti-Chili Concotion

Ingredients
1.25 lbs. ground turkey4 oz. green bell pepper, chopped (1/2 large pepper)1/2 cup chopped onion1 cup sliced white mushrooms1.5 cups Spaghetti Sauce1.5 cups diced tomatoes, drainedAdobo Seasoning (or whatever you prefer that's salty/garlicky)
Directions
Brown ground turkey in large skillet using fat free cooking spray adding seasoning as desired.
Cook green pepper,onion, mushrooms in separate pan using fat free cooking spray and water.
When both pans are done, combine together and add spaghetti sauce and tomatoes, letting simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Top with parmesan cheese if desired (calories not included in recipe
