Light bread french toast

Ingredients
7 slices pepperidge farm light style 7 grain bread2 large eggs1/4 cup whole milk1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spiceButter flavored non-stick cooking spray
Directions
1) Beat eggs, milk, and pumpkin pie spice together.
2) Spray pan with cooking spray and set on medium-high heat.
3) Dip 1 slice of bread in egg mixture on both sides.
4) Place eggy bread in pan and cook until egg around the edges starts to turn opaque.
5) Flip bread over and cook another minute or two.
6) Continue until all bread and egg mixture are used up.

Serving Size: makes 7 1-slice servings

    This recipe is really filling. Since I'm the only one that eats "light" bread, I have enough to go a few breakfasts. I just pop two slices into the toaster while I'm fixing my coffee, and they're ready to eat when I am! - 1/30/17
