High Protein all natural gluten free Brownies

Ingredients
4oz Unsweetened Chocolate2 TBSP unsalted organic Butter1/4 cup Unsweetend organic Cocoa Powder1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt3 Organic freerange eggs2 Organic freerange egg whites3/4 cup organic unsweetened apple sauce2 TBSP Grapeseed oil1tsp Organic vanilla extract1/3 cup chopped walnuts or peacans3/4 cup organic maple syrup + 2 TBSP1/3 cup Organic Quinoa flour (bob's red mill)1/3 cup Orgainic Soy flour (bob's red mill)1/3 cup Organic Almond flour or meal
Directions
Melt Chocolate & butter in double boiler. Wisk in flour, Cocoa powder and salt and oil. Separately beat egg whites, eggs syrup and applesauce vanilla. Off heat blend the choc flour mixture with the egg and syrup mixture. spread in greased 9"/13" baking pan. Sprinkle with walnuts on top. Bake at 350 deg for 20-25 min.
