Chilli with lots of vegies

Ingredients
1 lb ground chuck, browned and drained3 16 ox cans dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed1 onion chopped3 stalks celery diced1 bell pepper chopped1 46 oz can of Vegetable Juice(V8)1 pkg chili seasoning mix1 quart canned tomatoes
Directions
Brown ground beef, then drain. Add chopped vegetables and cook until beginning to soften. Add all the other ingredients, bring to a boil, then lower heat and let simmer for about 2 hours. Taste better after it sits for a day in the fridge.
