Leah's Beef and Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
2 lbs. lean ground beef1 onion, chopped1 tbsp. garlic, chopped2 beef bullion cubes4 cups water1 large can tomato juice2 cans corn, drained2 cans green beans, drained1 can carrots, drained1 can peas, drained1 can diced tomatoes3-4 medium potatoes, diced small1/2 head of cabbage, chopped
Directions
Brown beef, garlic, and onion. Drain well.
Add chopped potatoes, cabbage, bullion, and water. Boil slowly until potatoes are almost cooked. Add other ingredients and simmer on the stove for at least 2 hours. The more you cook, the better it tastes.
