Crock Pot Pepper Steak

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. round steak1/4 cup flour1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper1/2 cup chopped onion2 cups chopped green pepper-about 2 peppers1 tsp. minced garlic2 cans diced tomatoes-no salt added if possible2 beef bouillon cubes-dissolved in 1 cup water2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
Directions
Cut round steak into bite size pieces. Mix the meat with the flour, salt, and pepper. Add onion, 1 cup peppers, garlic, 1 can tomatoes, bouillon cubes, and worcestershire sauce. Let cook in crock pot for 10 hours on high or 6 hours on low. 1 hour before serving add rest of green pepper and 2nd can of tomatoes. Serve over brown rice or whole wheat noodles. Makes about 9-1 cups servings.
