Beeple Bars

Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter - almond, cashew, soynut)+ a bit of olive oil if the butter is fresh ground and has no oil. 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (caro makes them slimy, so don't go there) 1/2 cup oatmeal1/2 cup filler bits - raisins, chopped dates, coconut2-3 scoops of protein powder
Directions
Mix the nut butter with the honey, blend in the filler bits and it should be the consistency of brownie mix.then as you add protein powder (you can use milk powder if you like instead) the mixture gets stiff. You can roll it into a ball (consistency of cookie dough). Pinch off enough to make a bar or roll, roll it in coconut or more nuts if you like, roll it up in aluminum foil and put into the refrigerator to set.
