Richard's Spicy Chicken Soup

Ingredients:*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Garlic, 4 clove *1 1/2 cup onion chopped*Crushed Tomatoes with Basil, Organic, Muir Glen, 3 cup *Swansons Chicken Broth 100%, 4 cup *dried oregano, 1 tsp *Black Pepper (Ground), 0.25 tsp *1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder, 1 serving *Ground Cayanne Pepper, 0.25 tsp*Boiled chicken, 8 oz *Corn Frozen Sweet Yellow, .5 cup *zuchinni (one medium), 1 serving 1 bay lear
saute garlic and onions in olive oil. Cook and stir for 8-10 min
stir in tomatoes,broth,spices and chicken
bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes
To serve, break small bag of tortilla chips and place in bowls. Ladle soup over and sprinkle cilantro and cheese. Garnish with avocado slices and lime wedges.
