Perigord salad

Ingredients
- a handful of frisée (curly endive), or any lettuce- 1 slice of duck foie gras (see the tips to avoid it)- 2 slices of cured ham- 3 big white asparragus- 2 red peppers (piquillo-style)- 2 slices of soft rind ewe cheese
Directions
- in a plate, add the salad
- on top of it, place the various ingredients

- on the side, serve a bit of vinaigrette and grated garlic

Serving Size: Makes 1 small dish.
