Ingredients
Beef, round steak, 3 oz Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp Carrots, raw, .25 cup, chopped Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced *Yellow Onion - 1 Cup Chopped, .5 cup Canned Tomatoes, 4 cup Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, large (about 7" dia) beets, canned, 1.75 cup Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
brown meat in butter
add aromatics & saute until tender
add herbs & spices
simmer
add cabbage
simmer 30 min
add beets & their juice
add water
heat thru

serve with yogurt or sour cream (not include in nutritional info)
