CABBAGE ROLL CASSEROLE

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove)Minute Brown Rice, 1/2c dry rice, 1.5 serving (remove)*1 med yellow onion, 1 serving (remove)*(C) Garlic, minced, 1 tsp, 3 tsp (remove)Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove)Cabbage, boiled, 8 cup (remove)Tomato Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove)Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A, 1 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large (remove)
Directions
-Prepare rice as per instructions
-cut cabbage into 1/2 strips & boil until almost tender
-saute onions & garlic until translucent
-add beef to onions & garlic and cook fully season with flavorings of choice (i use club house roasted garlic and peppers)
-combine beef, rice, mushroom soup and egg
-in 9x13 pan layer half of cabbage on bottom, then add meat mixture, then remainder of cabbage.
-mix tomato soup and mils, then pour over top of cassarole.
bake @350 for 45min or untill bubbly
